Mia Delageannis, of Olympia, WA, was diagnosed with high-risk leukemia in 2009. Through Ronald McDonald House Charities of Seattle, Mia can stay with her parents and her twin, Noah, while she receives care. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Seattle provided a home away from home for this Alaskan family, whose son, Luke, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Phillip and Jennifer Challen express gratitude for RMHC's amazing volunteers and the love and compassion imparted by Ronald McDonald House Charities. Meeting families in similar circumstances helped the Challens get through a trying time without feeling alone.
