VOA presents a unified social media marketing front, using a combination of reputation management "listening" tools and conversation channels via Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, email, and an RSS-enabled blog.

VOA enjoys a core benefit of working with CMA, a strong focus on listening methodologies. These methodologies include the use of leading-edge tools to mine conversations and topics occurring anywhere on the social web, not just within their managed accounts on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and their blog.
