JOB SUMMARY
Part-time, remote, Account Manager to work with marketing agency partners, team members, and clients, to ensure clients always have the most up-to-date information about active campaign tasks, budgets, and performance reporting. This is an integral role within CMA’s client services team, committed to earning and retaining our clients’ confidence and business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helps to onboard new clients and provide bespoke customer service for agency clients.
- Collaborates with the client services team and production team to define/clarify campaign objectives and to champion those objectives as a client advocate.
- Strengthens client relationships and drives business growth through effective management of client expectations and striving to surpass their needs.
- Brings an analytical approach to our client’s campaigns and to project deliverables.
- Participates in client discussions and helps to formulate projects and approaches while working in collaboration with CMA production teams to achieve quality output and superior profitability.
- Helps to translate client communications into effective project briefs and performance reports.
- Helps to manage client campaign budgets, budget usage reporting, tracking of vendor invoices, and coordination with CMA’s AP and AR accounting team.
- Assists with production resource balancing to identify resource utilization issues and proper allocation of resources.
- Works closely with internal teams to ensure assigned projects are on track, on budget, and completed to the satisfaction of the client.
- Support other team members as appropriate in reaching overall team objectives.
- Develops new business opportunities with existing clients by promoting CMA’s services.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong project management expertise.
- Experience with Basecamp a plus.
- Previous experience in an analytical role.
- Strong financial management skills.

JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Specialist is an entry-level position that will be responsible for supporting, updating, and managing CMA client websites. Working alongside the CMA Marketing Team, this individual will be responsible for supporting ongoing content marketing programs and digital and social media campaigns. Looking for the right fit for our team, we would be open to full-time, part-time and contract opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage hosting setup, website configuration, backups and system updates.
- Utilize problem solving skills to resolve issues and keep sites running smoothly.
- Manage and maintain all customer websites including regular maintenance, updates and change order requests.
- Provide responsive support to client requests for edits and changes to sites.
- Perform site-wide content updates.
- Works with developer group to build-out and extend websites using WordPress CMS.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience working with WordPress websites and similar CMS.
- Experience with responsive design/dev practices for mobile and desktop.
- Experience in server environments (cPanel, WHM, etc.)
- Knowledge of of DNS and hosting structures a plus.
- Experience with web analytics reporting tools (Google Analytics, MOZ, SEMrush, GWT, etc).
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML and debugging skills is a must.
- Experience with Photoshop required.

- Collaborates with clients, team members, partners, and vendors to create and maintain marketing content for all applicable channels.
- Crafts content infused with SEO language to increase client online presence and brand awareness.
- Participates in weekly internal team meetings and monthly client meetings with creative input and ideas.
- Creates social media content and publishes on social platforms(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) on behalf of clients.
- Conducts content marketing research and contributes to client account strategies based on market trends.
- Generates monthly SEO reports for clients.
- Produces minimal graphic design work using Adobe Creative Suite for various campaigns and digital ads.
