Sigi Schmid For Audi/VW

Creative Media Alliance has produced numerous television commercials for Seattle’s University Audi and Volkswagen. Regional audiences caught the most recent ads, featuring Seattle Sounders head coach Sigi Schmid, during Monday Night Football and other premier television programs. Our Seattle video production company had fun creating multiple scripts for the popular MLS soccer coach, and then coaching the hall-of-famer through various takes. After a little coaxing, we even got him to sing the famous University jingle.

The video shoot took place during one day at the University Audi Volkswagen dealership and generated two TV commercials for each car brand. CMA edited Audi and Volkswagen running footage with our Sigi takes and other ‘b-roll’ footage that we shot on location. As always, we took extra b-roll, which can be used for economical future ads. CMA also auditioned and selected a professional producer and vocalist for the music soundtrack.

Our script incorporated brand slogans, dealership details, and Seattle Sounders’ references, along with creative quips, to make it easy for Sigi (who is not a trained actor) and to meet the client’s business requirements. We collaborated with University Audi Volkswagen throughout the creative process to ensure their satisfaction and to meet their budget. The audio for the ads was also used for radio, which was an additional consideration during script-writing.

Advertising footage or online videos, especially those that feature a popular spokesperson or event,  make for excellent promotional and social media marketing topics. What makes CMA different from most Seattle video production companies is our full spectrum of marketing expertise, including media buying services, graphic design, and branding services. CMA has produced advertising and marketing videos for a wide variety of industries, including automotive, hospitality, medical, non-profit, real estate, and travel.
