CMA Social Media Marketing Services upgraded Tap House's online presence with a custom Facebook Timeline page. The new Timeline format increases brand awareness, online traffic and, ultimately, sales. Tap House's savvy new social marketing page takes full advantage of all that Timeline has to offer.
First, CMA created branded custom Facebook Tabs for Tap House's 160-beer menu. We then showcased a happy hour special just for Tap House Facebook fans. We also implemented a reservation system, so customers can make reservations via Facebook. These features all hook back to the Tap House website (and vice versa, from the website to Facebook). The beer menu tab now functions as the default landing tab for non-fans, rather than dropping them directly onto the Timeline. Casual visitors are thus exposed to restaurant marketing, including CMA-produced social marketing videos, before diving into posts and Facebook's social navigation experience. This multi-pronged, strategic campaign has been a great success for Tap House Grill, gaining fans and keeping visitors engaged.
Tap House's custom Facebook Timeline content generated a 1000% increase in daily users in the first week it was introduced! Monthly activity increased by 200% for the month it was introduced. This corresponded to a 40% increase in website traffic and a 600% increase in referral traffic to the website from Facebook.
