Ronald McDonald House Charities

The Seattle chapter of the Ronald McDonald House gives families and their seriously ill children a home-away-from-home during treatment. CMA provides HD video services to help RMHC highlight the House’s mission and individual families’ stories.

Since 2006, CMA has developed dynamic video content, in both English and Spanish, that tells the stories of RMHC families and their seriously ill children. The stories elicit emotion for an organization, as wells as its clients. The videos are used as fundraising tools during RMHC’s annual and semi-annual events. They also represent ongoing website content, so that these incredibly touching stories are available to an even wider community audience. CMA also produces house-policy instructional videos and videos of celebrity visits to RMHC.

In addition to video services, CMA advises RMHC on social media marketing. By sharing stories and videos via YouTube and Twitter, for example, RMHC expands its reach considerably, increasing awareness and fundraising.

CMA works with RMHC, a non-profit organization, on a pro bono basis, as a community service.

Testimonials

“The Seattle Ronald McDonald House is a wonderful, complex, emotional place that supports seriously ill children and their families. Creative Media Alliance has produced two videos for us and they have almost magically captured the heart and soul of the House while sensitively portraying the hopes, dreams and fears of the families who stay here. They are simply the best.”

“Thank you so much for your creative genius putting dvd stories together. The Brooks family spoke at the gala and we followed their words with the story you filmed. The Sponsor a Family raised $270,000, the most ever! The event raised $760,000 total. We have seen a huge increase in the amounts contributed to the Sponsor a Family item since we began showing dvds in tandem with the speakers. I am sure that is not a coincidence!”
