A new condo development in Seattle’s Shilshole neighborhood represents all that the region and city have to offer, including urban amenities and luxury finishes with beautiful vistas of Puget Sound in a waterfront setting.
CMA worked with developers and agents to create a ground-up marketing campaign and bring the project to market.
The logo concepts were inspired from the physical location of the development, as well as from the building materials and the design mantra. Pulling from the natural strengths of the area, the main elements of water and waves are the defining aspect for the design.
The tag line, “Essentially Seattle”, is designed to reinforce the project location and its relationship with both the natural splendor of the Northwest and the adjacent urban environment. “Essentially Seattle” is the symbiotic relationship between the natural and urban elements that make Seattle such a desirable place to live.
CMA took this logo and branding initiative and extended it to a complete marketing program which included a website, environmental signage, email marketing, photography, printable floor plans, and copy writing.
