Making sure your marketing message stays consistent across multiple platforms can be a difficult task. Tap House needed to make sure that all of their materials carried a similar look, feel, and message.
After a review of all current marketing initiatives, CMA began to design and develop a cross platform of online and print pieces that carried a consistent brand vision.
The site was designed and developed around current web standards to promote both cross browser continuity, as well as a strong mobile support. Unlike the old version of the site, no Flash was used in the animating headers or in the sub-navigation links. Combined with a full SEO audit, the new site loads quickly, navigates intuitively, and ranks very high for brand, location, and industry keywords.
CMA also created a dynamic 30-second TV commercial using stop-motion HD stills and original music composition. We used a music video style treatment to stand out from other local restaurant commercials.
CMA maintains a strong client relationship and engages on any enhancement initiatives that arise over time, such as embedded video content and social media marketing via Facebook and Twitter.
Creative Media Alliance has worked with Tap House since 2005 to keep their print collateral’s message streamlined against it’s brand promise. CMA has produced print collateral for Tap House ranging from menus, pint glasses, gift cards, and more.
Creative Media Alliance created branded custom Facebook Tabs for their 160 beer menu and a happy hour special just for their Facebook audience fans, with hooks back to their website, and vice versa with social hooks from their website to Facebook. The beer menu tab also functioned as the default landing tab for non-fans rather than dropping them onto the wall, considering the mid-conversation confusion related to that navigation experience. This multi-pronged campaign has been a great success for Tap House Grill.
Staying connected to their customers through email has always been an important marketing strategy component. CMA has been providing our turn-key email marketing solution to Tap House Grill for the design, delivery, and reporting for their seasonal email campaigns.
CMA’s Search Services provided a full spectrum of research and execution to showcase the organic rankings for Tap House on Google’s first page. Developing a set of high level keywords based off of a multi-pronged search audit, sets the groundwork for the re-development of the site’s structure. Working with our in-house copy writers and search specialists, we craft new copy and update the current copy for all site pages based on keywords, as well as updating and modifying all web site page titles and meta data.
