The Beardmore Block Print Projects

To help promote the Beardmore renewal project in North Idaho, CMA created a wide variety of promotional materials. Print collateral included a line of wine labels, exterior signage, magazine ads, direct mailers, promo cards, one sheets, and historical poster montages.

Magazine Advertising

Several designs were developed for Sandpoint Magazine to promote the Beardmore Buildings renovation project. The first was a one-third page ad, and the latter is a full, two-page, center-spread ad.

Wine Labels

To help promote the Beardmore Building’s renovation project, a line of wine labels was developed for local consumption. A partnership with Idaho’s Pend d’Oreille Winery allowed for multiple varietal choices.

Direct Mailers

These over-sized postcards were designed for use by local real estate agents to help market the commercial spaces for lease.

Exterior Signage

These signs were designed to advertise the offerings of the Beardmore Block and Priest River, Idaho, to drivers on the adjacent state highway. These signs were printed on 1/8″ aluminum Dibond. Each sign is made up of three 5′ X10′ panels.
